Because good things take time (and money). Our events take 2–6 months to plan, with a small team working behind the scenes. We pay fair wages, hire quality venues, and keep trader fees low so they can keep prices fair for you. If a venue’s cheaper, your ticket price will be too. If it’s more expensive, we may need to nudge it up a little.
Yes - we always choose venues with accessibility in mind. For venue-specific access info, check the venue’s own website or email us at hello@judysvintagefair.com and we’ll be happy to help.
Almost everything! Some handmade items are made from reworked vintage fabrics or styled to look retro. If in doubt, ask the trader – they’ll tell you all about it.
Just head to the entrance and speak to one of our lovely staff. They’re friendly, helpful and always up for a chat if something’s not right.
We love pets, but each venue has its own rules. Check the event listing to see if yours is pet-friendly. That said... if you rock up with a parrot on your shoulder, we might just look the other way.
Our official policy is no refunds – but we get it, things happen. If you email us at hello@judysvintagefair.com with a polite message, we’ll do our best to refund or move your ticket to another event.
Don’t do that to yourself! Sign up to our mailing list and pop in your city – we’ll let you know when we’re back in town.
We’re flattered – and a little addicted to attention. Email hello@judysvintagefair.com with what you're planning and we’ll help make it happen.
